Last August 12, 2009, the 84 contestants of Miss Universe 2009 paraded with their custom-made outfits for the Fashion Showcase event. Each contestant has unique outfit that features the fabrics from Bahamas.

Harper's Bazaar Fashion Special: Sesame Street Turns Into Fifth Avenue

As Harper's Bazaar celebrates the 40th year of the coolest street in the world, popularly known as the Sesame Street. Famous fashion designers and their models posed with our favorite furry friends for the September issue of the said magazine. Diane von Furstenburg, Oscar de la Renta, Vera Wang, Derek Lam, Thakoon Panichgul, Francisco Costa, Carolina Herrera, and Rodarte's Kate and Laura Mulleavy turned the Sesame Street into Fifth Avenue.
